Our return and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your jewelry purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a store credit or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Store Credit on Jewelry
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, we do however offer store credit for the value of the jewelry products you want to return, if they are returned in good condition. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your returned jewelry will be processed, and store credit for the value of the purchased product will be emailed to you.
Return/ Exchange Shipping:
For recently placed order exchanges (before it is shipped, usually 48 hours or less); please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to quickly change your order before it is mailed. If you have received your order and would like to exchange a different color or product, please contact us via email and mail us your product. Also, please place a note in your returned product indicating an exchange and which product you would like to exchange to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the new items requested for the exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
